I was in the market for a 2021 Honda Rubicon deluxe and thought I had one located at Cycle World in Virginia Beach. After paying in full, a few days later I went to pick it up only to discover I had paid top price for a basic model! Yes, a basic model! Extremely insulted, I collected a refund and started another search. I started checking out of state and ultimately called Cycle Center located in Asheboro North Carolina. I spoke with a sales rep by the name of Keith. They had a few in stock! His sales approach was based on the my needs, did not push and had a full detailed understanding of the unit. I bought one and had a friend travel 3 plus hours to pick it up. When delivered it was exactly what Keith communicated and I was a happy customer. So happy, I called him back and asked if he still had the 2nd one in stock, he did not but found another that day so I purchased two! Keith was fantastic and I highly recommend Asheboro Cycle Center! From this business owner to Virginia Beach Cycle World, you better take notes.

I stopped in to look one Thursday while working in Asheboro. I liked your salesman Keith so much that I brought my wife with me on Saturday to make a purchase. We came from about an hour and a half away and we will return in the future for all service and repair work needed on my Honda equipment.
